Emily trained at Central School of Speech and Drama. She joins THE TREASON SHOW in Autumn 2007, fresh from a heady month of NEWSREVUE and MERRIMENT (actually that one isn't the name of a show- but this capitalisation thing is addictive) at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. Although Emily insists that she has an old-fashioned face, making her ideal for period dramas, whilst Keira 'I-can't-act-my-way-out-of-a-paper-bag-and-have-a-grating-tinny-voice' Knightley monopolises this field, Emily is thrilled to have had the opportunity to expand her portfolio with a line in bearded terrorists, bald politicians and obese children. When in London town, Lady Emily, as she should really be addressed, can also be spied performing with acclaimed impro troupe ABANDON THEATRE and new writing collective FIRST DRAFT THEATRE. |
